Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Normal delivery time within Sweden is approximately three to five business days. Should delivery take longer, you will be notified by email. We will pack your order and inform you once it has been shipped. Please note that items may occasionally sell out; if this occurs, we will notify you via email, and you may then choose to cancel your order.
If you selected traceable shipping, you will receive a tracking link by email. PostNord or DHL will notify you when your parcel arrives at the pick-up point. In some cases, the SMS or email may not be delivered — for example, if an incorrect mobile number was entered — so please ensure you check your shipment information. You can collect your parcel using the tracking ID from your tracking link.
Please remember to collect your parcel on time! If it is returned to us, an additional fee of 180 SEK will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs.
An order confirmation is automatically sent to you via email, confirming that your order has been received by us. Please note that some email programs may sort the order confirmation into the spam folder, so please check your spam if you haven´t reveived a confirmation.

Returns
If any item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@paradrops.se within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We will get back to you to arrange a suitable solution.
If your package has been damaged during shipping, please report it immediately at the PostNord or DHL pick-up point.
