Terms of purchase
Prices
All prices are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT.
All orders over SEK 500 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
Order confirmation
When you place an order in the online store, an order confirmation is automatically sent to you via email, confirming that your order has been received by us. Some email programs may sort the order confirmation email into the spam folder, so please check your spam if you haven’t received a confirmation.
If you have questions about your delivery, please send an email to order@paradrops.se and don’t forget to include your order number.
For questions about a product, please send an email to info@paradrops.se.
Delivery
Normal delivery time within Sweden is approximately two to five business days. If delivery will take longer, you will be notified via email. We will pack your order and let you know when it has been shipped. We reserve the right that items may be sold out and will notify you via email in such cases. You may then cancel the order.
If you have selected the traceable shipping option, you will receive a tracking link via email. Postnord will notify you by SMS when your package has arrived at the pick-up point. For various reasons, the SMS may sometimes not be delivered, for example, if you entered the wrong mobile phone number. Therefore, it is important to keep track of your package. You can pick up your package using the tracking ID from the tracking link. Read more under shipping below.
Remember to pick up your package in time! Your package will be held at the Postnord pick-up point for 14 days. If the package is returned to us, we will charge an extra fee of SEK 179 to cover our costs for return shipping and handling.
Contact us at info@paradrops.se within 14 days of receiving your delivery if any item is defective or if we have packed the wrong item. We will contact you and agree on a solution. If the package has been damaged during shipping, it must be reported immediately at the Postnord pick-up point.
Right of withdrawal
Should you for any reason regret your purchase, you have the right to an open purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal only applies to items that are in the same good condition as when you received them. You may not use the item, for example, by breaking the seal on a bottle, but you may, of course, carefully examine it. Please also see the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.

Please include the delivery note and clearly state the reason for the return. Package your return securely so that the items are not damaged during return shipping. The return shipping cost is paid by you as the customer. Return packages may not be sent via cash on delivery/C.O.D.

Returns
Always contact us at info@paradrops.se before returning an item. Send your return to: Kamiro AB, Propellergatan 13, 211 16 Malmö. Please include the delivery note and clearly state the reason for the return. Package your return securely so that the items are not damaged during return shipping. The return shipping cost is paid by you as the customer. Return packages may not be sent via cash on delivery/C.O.D. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the day we received the return.
Complaints
If an item is faulty, you have the right to make a complaint. Contact us at info@paradrops.se, describe how the item is faulty, and we will provide a complaint form. Please also include the product’s batch number.
Note that a complaint can only be made when the item is faulty. Complaints will not be accepted because the scent, consistency, or function is not to your satisfaction if the product does not deviate from the norm.
A complaint will not be accepted if you have a raw material intolerance and the product itself is not faulty. If you are unsure whether you are sensitive to a raw material, perform a **patch test**: apply a small amount of the product to the crook of your arm and leave it overnight.
Payment
If you pay via Swish or as a business customer, Paradrops’ terms and conditions of purchase apply. Remember to pay on time to avoid reminder fees (SEK 60) and late payment interest of 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be handed over to debt collection. If you have questions about your invoice, please email us at info@paradrops.
Orders to other countries
We deliver to all countries within the EU. Shipping costs will be shown when you enter your address at checkout. All orders include Swedish VAT. If you are a foreign company shopping in the online store, you will still be charged Swedish VAT, as the online store cannot handle EU VAT numbers. If you are a foreign company and wish to order without VAT, please contact us before placing your order for a pre-payment invoice excluding VAT.
